Evidence may include the following documentation: Pay stubs, reduction of hours, layoff documentation, doctors note noting COVID-19 as illness

Not following these instructions will cause your application to be rejected.

- Tenant experienced loss of work hours
- Tenant had to miss work to care for a home- bound school-aged child.
- Tenant experienced other income reduction resulting from COVID-19:
